Sh. Suresh Kr. Singh (I.A.S.)
Born on March 02, 1958, Sh. Suresh Kr. Singh is currently acceding the status of Municipal Commissioner
in Moradabad District, U.P. Being a toiler and a visionary, he has always taken steps to give something or the other for the
betterment and encouragement of the society. He has a diversified experience of working at different administrative posts under
Civil Services in Mirzapur, Varanasi, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Bijnore, etc.
During his administrate in Dharchula, Distt. Pithoragarh, he performed an imperative role in Indo-China Trade Re-Open
and also successfully instigated the Kailash Mansarover expedition. He has authored a religious book "51 Shaktipeeth Paripath -
Sanskritik Paryatan ki Gauravshali Parampara" in English and Hindi. Currently, the book is in its rendition process in Asami,
Gujrati, Bangla, Oriya, Telgu, Tamil, Kannad, Telugu, etc. Readers from countries like Nepal, Thailand, Sri Lanka, etc.
have shown distinctive interest in his book.
He has given a whole new direction to the notions and has given indication for some new establishments with his vision and
literary work. He is set out on his way of giving the message of peace and communal harmony, from SAARC countries to the whole
world, by means of showing the various forms of Adi Shakti.
Sh. Singh has travelled in whole wide range of countries including Washington D.C., New York, Duke, Canada, Paris (France),
Bern (Switzerland), Bords, Nepal, etc. with one aim - to make people aware of the wonders of Maa Shakti thereby connecting
different cultures and its people.
Sh. Raghuraj Dixit 'Manju'
Founder - 51 Shaktipeeth Teerth, Nandanvan, Bakshi Ka Talab, Sitapur Road, Lucknow (India) and President
- Ashish Seva Yagya Nyas. Published
various articles, poems, plays in many famous dailies and magazines. Broadcasted various self-written poems and features
via the AIR and Doordarshan studios. Editor of monthly and weekly newsletters. Publisher and writer of the popular drama
feature "JanSewak Number Do". His wife Smt. Pushpa Dixit is a post-graduate from Lucknow University.
She assists him in maintaining the 51 Shaktipeeth Teerth.
Prof. Manoj Dixit
Born on 23rd October 1961, Dr. Manoj Dixit is currently holding the position of Professor,
Department of Public Administration, University of Lucknow, Lucknow and Hony. Director, Manyawar Kanshiram
Institute of Tourism Management (A UP Tourism Institution), Lucknow.
Keeping in mind his commitment to the cause of the University he has been assigned the additional task of
Vice Chairman, Lucknow University Delegacy; and Secretary, Lucknow University Alumni Heritage Fund Trust.
He has been recently conferred the honour of being the Adjunct Professor, School of Political Science and
Public Administration, University of Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, Sichuan, China from 2011 to
2014 and Visiting Professor, CCS University, Meerut.
Prof. Dr. Rana P.B. Singh
Rana P.B. Singh [born: 15 Dec. 1950], M.A. 1971, Ph.D. 1974, F.J.F. (Japan) 1980, F.A.A.I.
(Italy) 2010, Professor of Cultural Geography & Heritage Studies, & Head - Dept. of Geography,
Faculty of Science, at Banaras Hindu University, has been involved in studying, performing and promoting the
heritage planning, sacred geography & cultural astronomy, pilgrimage studies and goddess landscapes in
the Varanasi region for the last four decades, as consultant, project director, collaborator and organiser.
He is also the Member, UNESCO Network of Indian Cities of Living Heritage (- representing Varanasi), since 2005.
As visiting scholar on these topics he has given lectures and seminars at various centres in Australia, Austria,
Belgium, China PR, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, USA (& Hawaii), USSR. His publications
include over 225 papers and 41 books on these subjects, including Banaras (Varanasi), Cosmic Order, Sacred City,

Dr. Harish Dwivedi
He is M.Sc. (Tech.), Ph.D. (Polymer Technology) - IIT Mumbai.
30+ years of experience in R&D ,Technology, QC & consulting/training in areas as diverse as
lubricating oils and greases to packaging and process development. Headed various departments at
multi-national companies and consulted with companies such as Castrol, Amar Dye Chem, JCB, TATA Motors,
Godrej, Bajaj and Maruti Suzuki. Experience of training 5000+ key mechanics, 2000+ fleet owners even in
rural areas all across India via one-one-interactions and videos. Specialization in handling customer
complaints and developing product positioning strategies. Published a number of papers in India, USA,
UK and Germany. At present, he is a director at three companies.
Dr. Yogendra Pratap Singh
Dr. Y.P. Singh is currently holding the position of Director at Ayodhya Shodh Sansthan,
Sanskriti Vibhag, U.P. Shashan. Sh. Singh has an experience of 16 years in Sr. Education Department, M.P.
Administration. He worked as Event Administrator in 'Uttar Madhya Shetra Sanskritik Kendra', Allahabad under
Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India. He is having a vast experience in different fields. He has organized
many important events like 'Saifai Mahotsav', 'Ambedkar Jayanti Samaroh', 'Lucknow Mahotsav', etc. He is holding
a world record of conducting Ramlila for last 9 years on daily basis. He has presented the conventional Avadh
Ramlila in Trinidad, Surinam and Thailand. He has also published an international research magazine 'Sakshi' at
University level apart from 70 research journals. He also played an important role in developing the international
relations which includes Ayodhya-Korea relations, Mauritius, Surinam, Trinidad, etc.
He has given training to around 50 thousand children by a program named 'Sanjivini'. His work 'Raghunath Gatha'
based on 'Kashi ki Ramlila' album and newspaper cuttings was appreciated by Hon' President Dr. Karan Singh, I.C.C.R., New Delhi.
